EPC Project Management

EPC projects compress engineering, procurement, and construction into a single contractual envelope, usually under a fixed lump-sum price. That structure rewards disciplined delivery and punishes loose ends. Across five focused days, you will work through the full EPC project lifecycle, from front-end loading and FEED handover, through engineering and procurement integration, construction management and interface control, and commissioning and handover. The faculty are senior practitioners with EPC project leadership experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.

The week opens with the EPC lifecycle and front-end loading, moves into engineering and procurement integration, then into construction management on a major site, then into commissioning, handover, and EPC project controls, and closes with synthesis and a personal action plan.
