Hospitality and tourism are among the most competitive and most visible industries in the world. Guests compare every stay, every flight and every attraction in public, revenue moves daily with demand, and governments increasingly treat tourism as a pillar of economic diversification. Leading in that environment requires commercial discipline and service excellence at the same time. The Mars Hospitality & Tourism Management portfolio is written for the people who carry that responsibility — hotel general managers, heads of department, tourism authority officials, destination and attraction managers, and senior leaders in events and travel.
The category covers the full hospitality and tourism agenda: hotel and resort management, revenue and yield management, front office and rooms division leadership, food and beverage management, guest experience and service quality, hospitality marketing and distribution, events, conferences and MICE management, destination management and tourism strategy, and the financial performance of hospitality businesses. Every programme combines practical frameworks with real case work, so delegates leave with tools and a personal action plan for their own property, venue or destination.
Each course is an in-person programme of five or ten days at Mars Training Centre UK’s international training centres — London, Dubai, Istanbul, Paris, Amsterdam, Geneva, Kuala Lumpur, Doha and other locations, several of them major hospitality and tourism destinations in their own right. Every programme runs as two separate single-language cohorts: one delivered in English, and one delivered in Arabic by native-Arabic faculty. Delegates who complete a programme receive a Mars Certificate of Completion.
