Buildings and land are among the largest assets and the largest running costs on any organisation’s balance sheet. How they are planned, maintained, occupied and eventually reinvested in shapes cost, productivity, safety and sustainability for decades. The Mars Facilities & Real Estate Management portfolio is written for the people accountable for that estate — facilities directors, property and asset managers, heads of real estate, estates officers in government, and senior managers responsible for portfolios of offices, campuses, hospitals, malls or mixed-use developments.

Each course is an in-person programme of five or ten days at Mars Training Centre UK’s international training centres — London, Dubai, Istanbul, Paris, Amsterdam, Geneva, Kuala Lumpur, Doha and other locations. Every programme runs as two separate single-language cohorts: one delivered in English, and one delivered in Arabic by native-Arabic faculty, so property and facilities teams can learn in the language they work in. Delegates who complete a programme receive a Mars Certificate of Completion.
