Quality is the dimension of project delivery that suffers most when schedule and cost come under pressure. Across five focused days, you will work through quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, the practical link to ISO 9001 quality management systems, and the cost of quality at senior level. The week opens with project quality foundations, moves into quality planning, then into quality assurance and quality control as separate disciplines, then into ISO 9001, cost of quality, and senior reporting, and closes with synthesis and a personal action plan.
