Oil and Gas Project Management is a one-week senior project leadership course delivered by Mars Training Centre across its international network — in London, Dubai, Doha, Al Jubail, and Kuala Lumpur — designed for project directors, programme leads, and senior managers responsible for major capital projects in the petroleum and energy sectors.

Capital projects in oil, gas, and energy are among the largest, longest, and riskiest undertakings in modern industry. This programme offers that step back. Reference is made descriptively to widely recognised industry standards and FIDIC-family contracting frameworks, without claiming any third-party accreditation.
